Get to Know Victor

I'm a high school teacher who grew up here in Hamilton County.  After graduating from Carmel High School and Purdue University, I went to work in local schools until I started at North Central High School, teaching U.S. History and Economics.  I also am a swim coach at Carmel Swim Club.

I am married to the wonderful Alicia Deogracias-Schleich who is a graduate student at Ball State University.  She too is a Carmel High School graduate who grew up here in Hamilton County.  We live in Carmel with our rescued black lab Dublin.

I am a proud union member in the Washington Township Educators Association, the Indiana State Teachers Association, and the National Educators Association.  I am also a member of the Central Indiana DSA.
